Illinois Still Struggles With Job Recovery

Crain's Chicago Business reports Illinois still hasn't recovered from the last recession:
Statewide, there have been 66,000 net new jobs created over the last year. That still pales next to the 262,000 net jobs the state lost between the burst of the dot-com bubble in 2000 and November 2004.
Illinois has some major public pension problems that aren't going away.
