Canadia's New Socialist Health Care Goals

Socialist health care in Canada isn't working so well.The National Post reports on some of the new goals the central planners are gunning for(sorry I'm not supposed to use that term in Canada)aiming for :

Hip fracture repair within 48 hours;

- Hip and knee replacements within 26 weeks from the first time a specialist becomes aware of the problem;

- Cataract removal surgery within 16 weeks for patients at high risk; and

- Non-emergency cardiac bypass surgery for level one patients (the most serious) within two weeks, for level two within six weeks and level three within 26 weeks.

Socialism is all about waiting.
