DeLong is referring to my entry on Kos suggesting that he might move.Obviously the criteria is housing prices not the other things Kos brought up.If everything is so affordable in Northern California why would Kos think about leaving? Look at the bright side,at least California didn't lose population two years in a row like the declining state of Massachusetts.What's wrong with some of these Blue states? Why are people leaving? You can't say that about the Texas which is the second biggest state in America.Or you can't say that about Tennessee.Texas and Tennessee both have growing populations so you can't say there isn't increasing demand for housing.Those two states want middle class people so they let the demand for housing meet the supply for housing.Can't say that about Massachusetts and California.The supply be damned.
