Condo ban dies in Las Vegas City Council

NBC TV Las Vegas reports:

A proposal to ban condominium conversions has died in the Las Vegas City Council.

The 6 month moratorium was strongly opposed by developers.

They say condos are the most affordable option for many who were looking to buy into the market.

Is anyone proposing banning to many baseball bats if there is a over supply? No free market in real estate.
