Chicago's Murder Rate Up

Crime is down in Chicago compared to the first 10 months of 2004, but homicides are up slightly and robberies are up by 4 percent, police announced Friday.

The city had logged 389 murders through October, three more than the same time last year.

Over one murder a day.Houston has a lower murder rate and you are allowed to own a gun.But,not in Chicago.
