Web Site Takes Anonymous Chicago Corruption Tips

NBC Chicago reports:
A court-appointed federal monitor reviewing hiring practices at City Hall has set up a Web site to take anonymous complaints about illegal hires or promotions by the city.

Noelle Brennan, appointed in August by U.S. District Judge Wayne Andersen, said in court Tuesday that feedback from the Web site will be used to help overhaul the city's hiring process.

Last month, Brennan turned in an 11-page report to Andersen that found the city was defying a court-ordered ban on patronage employment. Brennan found the 1983 Shakman Decree had been violated almost since its inception and outlined ways to enforce it.
Imagine that, the city of Chicago breaking the law for over 20 years.Do you think people who violate the law should be good at running a school system or anything else?
