Scandal of waiting list 'cheating'

The Scotsman reports that the socialists are trying to hide how untimely socialist health care really is:
SCOTTISH hospitals have been accused of widespread cheating over waiting lists just a month after ministers boasted they had achieved a historic fall in treatment delays.

Latest figures provide growing evidence that bureaucratic "trickery" has been used by health boards to take 36,000 people off guaranteed waiting time lists.

Health service managers are allowed to give patients special codes that remove them from official lists and can leave them languishing years without treatment.
When you've got a monopoly who's looking over your shoulder?
