Mental health test spurs suit by parents

Big Brother thinks he owns your kid.The AP is reporting this in an Indiania school:
The parents of a 16-year-old girl have sued a St. Joseph County school district for giving the teen a mental health screening without their consent.
The federal lawsuit contends the screening caused the girl distress. Attorney John Whitehead said Chelsea Rhoades went to school one day thinking she was just a normal kid and "came home thinking she had mental problems." Whitehead contends the TeenScreen examination, billed as a teen suicide prevention program, violated Rhoades' constitutional rights
A great moment in public education.
