Mass. Housing Market Goes Higher

The Boston Globe has a revealing quote for all those out there that are middle income but not yet homeowners:

''In Massachusetts, it's not possible to develop affordable single-family homes in the $250,000 to $350,000 price range."

They don't like you unless you are rich in that state.
