Higher minimum payments on credit cards bring pain

The Post-Gazette reports:
Next time you open your credit card bill you could be in for a shock.

New federal rules designed to help consumers chip away at their ballooning balances are forcing many card issuers to boost the minimum payments customers are required to make each month, in some cases causing monthly payments to double.
For some people this is going to be an October to remember.
