The city of Chicago is considering a crackdown on pedestrians who endanger themselves and tie up traffic by crossing downtown streets against the lights.Those fat pensions the city of Chicago pays must really be a burden.
It’s just a proposal at this point, but if it passes, pedestrians who cross the street when they’re not supposed to could get fines up to hundreds of dollars.
