`Quarters' Boyle squeezed by feds

Corruption makes the lead front page story in The Chicago Tribune. The feds think that John "Quarters" Boyle isn't cooperating.Those who don't read this blog often should be educated on who "Quarters" is:

Boyle was hired by the city in 1997 despite his 1992 conviction for embezzling millions of dollars in nickels, dimes and quarters from the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, a crime for which he received the moniker "Quarters." He has paid only $720 on $2 million in restitution ordered as part of his 1992 conviction, authorities have said.
