NH fires new salvo in tax war

New Hamphire wants to remind it neighbors in Massachusetts:
Gov. John Lynch unveiled a new advertising campaign aimed at Massachusetts's shoppers proclaiming that New Hampshire has a tax holiday — every day.

The new campaign will feature print ads with the slogan "365 vs. 002 . . . Tax-Free Shopping Days (for those of you keeping score)."

Lynch described the campaign as "modest," saying that approximately $40,000 will be spent over the next several weeks to run the ads in the Boston Globe.
Union Leader. Few states can brag that they don't have a state sales tax.
