Feds want Teamsters local's vote thrown out

The Chicago-Sun Times reports this interesting complaint against a recent Teamsters Local 743 election election:
The complaint alleges the results to elect the union's officers were tainted because many rank-and-file members had their ballots purposely mailed to wrong addresses. Other members, according to the complaint, had their ballots marked by people other than themselves.
Are these the people you want to tell you shouldn't shop at Wal-Mart?
