NYT op-ed piece on "casing John Roberts"

The NYT brought in Vikram David Amar ,of University of California , to write an op-ed piece on John Roberts.Amar lists five cases which he calls "recent blockbusters", which Roberts should to be asked to comment on.Professor Amar doesn't mention the Kelo case.That's pretty unbelievable considering the reaction around the country.Property rights just aren't that important at the NYT.New York Times
