Ex-Chicago Water Dept. boss pleads guilty

Taking at least $400,000 in bribes.Who said you can't get rich working for the government?A little heads up for Mayor Daley:
Federal officials were asked if their burgeoning investigation could eventually draw Daley into the scandal. Gary Shapiro, the first assistant U.S. attorney, said there was nothing in Tomczak's 31-page plea agreement to suggest the mayor had done anything wrong.

"On the other hand, we never say people do or don't," Shapiro said.
