Today is another great day at the Take Back America conference.Thomas Franks author of What's the Matter With Kansas: How Conservatives Won the Heart of America." blames the decline in family values on the free market:
"The free market is the greatest disrespecter of tradition and the smasher of family values, not Democrats,"
Also:
"We have to develop a way to talk about economics in which the free market is not an unquestionable given, a force of nature, the hand of the almighty."
No word yet on whether Franks is going to write a book called "What's the Matter with New York City:How Rent-Control Helped Destroy the Middle Class".I suppose if a majority of women 35-44 are single,in New York City,that might be called a new tradtion.
