TAPPED on Kelo

Even the statist magazine the American Prospect is concerned about the Kelo decision.TAP's blog has this to say:

from this day forward, municipalities can drive poor people their homes so a developer can put up fancy complexes and high-end shopping malls -- all, of course, in the name of "benefiting a community" through "new jobs" and "tax revenue."
