Mayors' pact pledges cleaner, greener cities

The weird city conference finished up.David Cadman, the deputy mayor of Vancouver had this to say:

"As cities become more and more congested, the people in those cities will suffer accordingly."

Here in the United States, Cadman's worry certainly will not happen in San Francisco where there are now more dogs than children.There aren't too many middle income families wanting to move to San Francisco.SF Gate
