Arnold vs. the public unions

Jill Stewart writes a nice long piece in the NYT about Arnold's conflict:

Public employee unions, with their reserved buses and mass-produced "protest" signs, have nothing but time on their hands. The governor has little. The unions will make the debate about "Arnold," and the press will most likely play along.
