Replacement is 2.1. -Brussels: only 22% of residents are of Belgian origin. -Amsterdam and The Hague: about 60% have a migration background. -England and Wales: 34.6% of babies are born to mothers from abroad, a record. -Germany: 42.7% of kids under five have a migration background. -Electricity costs European businesses 2 to 3 times what Americans pay. Gas: 4 to 5 times. -Europe's economy went from 15% smaller than America's to 30% smaller. That isn't capitalism failing. That's leftist policy failing.
