In 2023, 13 of Baltimore's 32 high schools had ZERO students proficient in math. Not low.. Zero. Today the district sits at 12.6% proficiency, 2nd-worst in Maryland, while spending over $20,000 per student. Baltimore homeowners already pay the HIGHEST property tax rate in Maryland, and the school budget jumped from $1.3B to $1.7B while it lost over 6,500 students. 60 years of Democrat control and they think the answer is more.. LOL
