Chicago Mayor Says Migrants Will Be Sheltered in All 50 Wards

We've learned @ChicagosMayor is telling aldermen sheltering illegals in their wards will be compulsory.

Under the mayor's plan, there will be 2-3 shelters per ward. This means hundreds will potentially arrive in each ward.
