Roger Goodell promises to institute policies bolstering diverse hires

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said he aggreed the league is "not doing a good enough job" at hiring minority coaches.

When asked why, he assured reporters that the NFL is actively looking for policies and incentives to make the league more "inclusive."
