As of Sunday, at least 365 people have been shot in Chicago this year and at least 85 of them have been killed.

The Chicago Tribune reports on death in Blue America:
Six people were killed and at least 14 others were wounded in shootings in Chicago over the weekend as the level of gun violence in the city so far this year remains well above that of recent years, according to police.

Shootings in 2016 are more than double the same period in 2015, according to data kept by the Tribune. Killings are up 130 percent. As of Sunday, at least 365 people have been shot in Chicago this year and at least 85 of them have been killed.
