Don't laugh but... fitness clubs for women only might be a thing of the past. Questions for the Social Justice warriors. We know a white men's only heterosexual gym wouldn't survive the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Why should gay men be prevented from joining a women's only gym? What if gay men live near a womens only gym and want to join ? Does Justice Kennedy's love doctrine allow single sex gyms that deal in interstate commerce and advertising? Just a reminder to you Social Justice warriors out there: if church's lose their tax exemption because they don't want to "accommodate" gays so will mosques. Single sex gyms will eventually eliminated all in the name of "equality". Not allowing gay men to join a womens only gym is denying them of their equal rights just because they don't have lady parts . If Christian bakers have to bake cakes for lesbians or face $135,000 fines in Oregon, how long before womens gyms in Oregon face the same threat???
