The book Medical Apartheid has the shocking quote from black icon W.E.B. DuBois:
The mass of ignorant Negroes still breed carelessly and disastrously , so that the increase among Negroes, even more than the increase among whites, is from that proportion of the population least intelligent and fit, and least able to rear their children properly.W.E.B DuBois appears to have been an "Uncle Tom" adopting the pseudo-science of his white Progressive Era plantation bosses in American academia. Just a reminder, this was the thinking of Planned Parenthood when it started : along with the Klu Klux Klan.
