Flashback: When The Rockefeller Foundation Outlined A Plan to Control 'Human Breeding' By Determining Which People Were Fit to Reproduce

In his important book, page 23 , Andrew P. Napolitano has this important bombshell:
The use of schools as a breeding ground for Progressive thought continued from the late 1800's to the 1930's . In 1933, Max Mason, the president of the Rockefeller Foundation, outlined a plan to control human behavior that involved the school system. This plan would attempt to control "human breeding" by determining which people are fit to reproduce.
