Gov. Pat Quinn to seek minimum-wage hike to $10 an hour

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Gov. Pat Quinn plans to propose an increase in the state minimum wage in Wednesday’s State of the State address, which would raise it to at least $10 an hour over the next four years.
Because Pat Quinn doesn't understand that the demand for labor is a downward sloping curve. Can you say higher unemployment in Illinois?
