Gun-control group to sue Internet gun advertiser in Oak Brook case

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

A national gun-control group plans to file a lawsuit Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court against an Internet gun advertiser on behalf of the family of a woman shot to death by a stalker.

The gun banners now want to shut down websites.
