Chicago Handgun Ordinance Pushed By Chicago Mob Member Struck Down



The U.S. Supreme Court struck down Chicago's handgun ban. The ordinance was pushed through Chicago's City Council in 1982 by a "high ranking made member" of the Chicago Mob. This high ranking "made member" of La Cosa Nostra, was identify by the U.S. Attorney General in 1991.
