At least 25 shot, 1 killed in Chicago weekend violence

WLS TV reports:

It has been a violent weekend in Chicago: in a 30 hour period, 25 people were shot, and one man died from his injuries.

You might say gun control isn't working too well in Chicago! Was this the way gun control was supposed to work in Chicago? This man understood mob tactics.
