Over 100 Arrests: Career Chicago criminal charged again

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
A Chicago man who has racked more than 100 arrests went at it again when he allegedly went on a fist-flying spree over the weekend, police said.

John Poiner, who has a rap sheet over 50 pages long, first attacked a 20-year-old woman as she left a department store late Saturday afternoon, authorities said. The woman was with her mother, who was in a wheelchair, as they left the store in the 1300 block of North Ashland.
