S&P cuts Nasdaq's credit rating to junk status

New York Crain's reports:
Nasdaq Stock Market Inc.'s credit rating was cut to junk status by Standard & Poor's, which said the company's pursuit of the London Stock Exchange could stress its balance sheet and a merger would offer few opportunities for cost savings or improved cash flow.
Sort of embarrassing.
