Illinois Legislator Pushes For Law To Ban Dorm Smoking

CBS-TV Chicago reports that Big Brother wants to get into private dorm rooms:
A state lawmaker says he wants a law prohibiting smoking in dorms at all public and private universities in Illinois.

Representative John Fritchey said yesterday he intends to introduce such legislation soon.
How long before they try and ban smoking in condos and townhouses in Illinois? If John Fritchey had any courage he'd propose eliminating tobacco taxes from the Illinois state budget.Obviously,he doesn't find tobacco that offensive. You see how the Nanny State can't respect private property because they view everyone's property as public.
