Revenue Director Bea Reyna-Hickey argued that her investigators are no different than Chicago's unarmed army of health department and building inspectors.Call the police.
"The city has made a policy decision to not allow the Revenue investigators to carry weapons. We do not feel that it is necessary in the course of their duties," Reyna-Hickey said.
