Senator Barbara Boxer Silent About Chicago's Cold Winter

The Chicago Tribune reports:
It’s been three decades since Chicagoans have experienced a winter colder than this.

Friday is the 22nd day this winter that we've seen temperatures at zero or below, more than the past five winters combined, according to the Chicago Weather Center. Typically, only seven such readings have occurred by now.

Subzero readings and wind chills near minus 30 were reported across northeast Illinois, northwest Indiana and southeast Wisconsin this morning.
Here's Senator Barbara Boxer , not many years ago, saying we'd have a lack of snow and cold weather.
