The San Francisco Chronicle reports:

MLB Advanced Media - the Internet arm of Major League Baseball - announced last week that it will begin rolling out Mobile Seat Upgrade, a way for fans who want to upgrade during a game to buy better seats with just a tap of their smartphones.
